A full, assessment, to identify the exact cause of any issue that you are experiencing with your PC. Whether it’s running slowly, crashing, overheating, making unusual noises, failing to boot, or behaving unpredictably, this diagnostic service gives you a clear, evidence‑based understanding of what’s going on.

Will be checking the following

• hardware

• software

• thermals

• storage health

• memory stability

• power delivery ( For laptop your will need to inc your charger)

• error logs, plus overall system performance. 

This is carried out by stress test software such as Prime95/occt and 3dmark as required. For OEM machines I will use the built in daignsotic software.

Here is what you will get, upon arrival to me, I will look over the machine and send you pictures of it ( this is to ensure its undamaged during delivery). Once daignsotics has been completed you will get a follow up report showing my findings.
