Who I am 

I’m Adam, and I run Quantum Nova PC Services. I started the business in November 2024 alongside my full‑time IT role, with a simple goal: give older PCs a new lease of life through proper diagnostics, sensible upgrades, and reliable repairs—keeping good machines out of the skip.

I bring a corporate IT approach into domestic and small‑business support: structured troubleshooting, clear communication, and practical solutions. That means you get a clear plan, realistic expectations, and work that’s done properly—not guesswork.

My Experience

I’ve been involved in IT since late 2015, starting on a fast‑paced service desk and building hands‑on experience supporting real users and real systems. I now work full‑time as a 2nd Line IT Engineer, where I focus on root‑cause diagnosis rather than quick fixes.

I’m used to supporting environments where downtime needs to be kept to a minimum—so I prioritise stability, clear next steps, and getting you back up and running quickly.
