First, send me a message/Ticket, I will then Quote, this will include Correct mail in Charge. Parts ( if required) and Service/s I don't charge labour, its built into the service's

I send you a label/Give QR code, if you want we can get coruier to collect, otherwise it will just be packace up machine, and take it to pickup locker/post office depending what services you have around you

Please Ensure you take Pictures of your unit before shipping to me if not done so already

Work starts

When I get the unit, I will check it in and let you know. At this point I may also take pictures for insurance purposes.

Work starts, I will send you a report at the end

Return Shipping

If all has been paid, the job closes off, and I ship the unit back to you.

PC building services
Will build a PC for you, using parts supplied by you or buying parts on your behalf. This service is designed to give you the freedom that comes with Custom PC building, but deliveried in Quantum Nova PC services standard operational practices. Prices start from £100 for basic home/office/buineses build, more complicated builds are £200 and above depending on extras - RGB £20 -Brained cables £30 -Water-cooling - negational Non of the prices given include parts or other services.
Component repairs
Minor repairs carried out on easily accessible components, with limited tear down These are simple fixes that don’t require full disassembly or internal board work, to get to the part that has failed Includes installation of part/s proof issue has been resolved -Curtsy basic clean -Stresstest/bencmark where required Not included - Parts ( costed as part of quote) Or client proves them -Other services ( costed along with work) This covers any other part that can easily be swapped out

Internal Battery Repair/Replacment
Battery going down fast, or not able to run the laptop without charger. Will replace the battery for you Prices don't include parts

Ram Repair/Replacement - ideal when the machine is unstable, gives ram related errors or fails memory based tests such as memtest86 Includes Installation of new Ram modules- and any reqaired tair down Stress test via memtest etc to prove stablity Bios configuration where its required Basic clean Not included Part/s Any device where RAM is integrated is not covered by this service
Compoent repair- Storage Repairs
If you are having issues with windows not booting correctly, slow performance, S.M.A.R.T warnings and windows errors relating to storage including general corruption. Other symptoms if its mechanical you might also get clanking or clicking along side the above symptoms Includes Installation of drive basic clean Add on's OS installs,clones etc these are all services I offer as add on's Excludes Parts
