Data recovery

Basic software level recovery of your files from a hard drive or SSD. This suits you if a drive is not running right and you want your files off it. The price is £35 if successful and £15 if not.

Recovery is not guaranteed. A physically damaged drive needs a separate specialist quote. Request it through the Service request form and send the drive or device in by mail-in, with the mail-in fee for your parcel size on top. All services are subject to availability, and I confirm with you before anything is sent in.
