FRU / external battery replacement

Swapping a laptop battery that comes out without tools, so the machine can hold a charge again. This suits you if your laptop only runs on the charger or the battery has stopped lasting. Labour only. The battery is extra.

If your battery is inside the case and the device has to be opened, see Internal battery or CMOS battery replacement. Request this through the Service request form and send the laptop in by mail-in, with the mail-in fee for your device size on top. All services are subject to availability, and I confirm with you before anything is sent in.
