Mail-in

Post your device to me and I do the rest. Mail-in covers the complete postage both ways, to me and back to you. I do not travel to you, so you take the device to the post office to send it. If that suits you better, I can arrange a courier collection instead, subject to availability. I confirm the cost and details with you first. The fee depends on the size of the device. Small (phones, tablets, very small laptops under 2kg): £15. Medium (standard laptops and desktops): £25. Large (large towers, gaming PCs and large gaming laptops): £35.

Anything oversized or unusual is quoted separately. Your shipping label is sent once the mail-in and diagnostic fees are paid. Request your service through the Service request form first. All services are subject to availability, and I confirm with you before anything is sent in.
