Workshop diagnostics

A workshop assessment of the fault you want looked at. This suits you if your PC will not start or you suspect a hardware fault. It includes a condition record with photos, targeted fault testing, a device health report, an internal clean where the device has to be opened and an itemised repair recommendation.

Repairs and parts are not included and only go ahead with your approval. Testing is aimed at the reported fault, so unrelated or intermittent faults may not be found. Request it through the Service request form and send the device in by mail-in. All services are subject to availability, and I confirm with you before anything is sent in.
