Some issues can be confidently diagnosed remotely without the need to send in the machine, these following issues can be done remotely -OS issues ( instability, drivers not working, corrupted files etc) -Some hardware issues ( Ram instability, heat issues, storage issues -Performance issues -Malware issues - depending on level infection Will go though the following based on faults given -Error logs -S.M.A.R.T Errors -Running of tools -depending on fault/s described - Health Report -If further work is required it will be in the above health report along with a proposal which would contain the quote Not included -Any resolution works Fee policy: £20 is non-refundable once the session starts regardless if it ends early.
